Description

One of the best buffalo chicken dips.


Ingredients

Units Scale
  • 8 oz. pkg. cream cheese (brick), softened
  • 1/2 cup blue cheese dressing
  • 1/2 cup Frank’s Buffalo Wing Sauce (there’s nothing better)
  • 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 23 lbs cooked, shredded chicken

Instructions

  1. Heat your oven to 350°F.
  2. Cook chicken and shred beforehand.
  3. Place cream cheese into deep baking dish. Stir until smooth.
  4. Mix in dressing, Frank’s RedHot Sauce and cheese. Stir in chicken.
  5. Bake for 20 mins or until mixture is heated through; stir.
  6. Top with additional shredded cheese and remove when cheese is melted (can also turn on broiler for slightly toasted top).
