Shrimp Salad

1 Mins read

We love Shrimp; we’ve made buffalo pizza, panini, cajun…we can go on and on.  Shrimp can make a great addition to almost anything.  What I love about the summer is when I can incorporate seafood into any meal.  Although lobstahh is my first choice, shrimp comes in a close second; they are easy to prepare and are a small, delicious accessory to your dish.

Shrimp Taco Salad

While on vacation, I had a great chipotle-lime seafood taco salad.  If I had to make another salad again, it would be that.  Trolling the internet, I came across a delicious recipe for a Chipotle-Lime Shrimp Taco Salad with a delicious photo to go with it (recipe and photo credit by Savor The Senses Blog).

Take a look at our steak and seafood we posted earlier this week.

Do you love seafood in your salad?  How do you cook with the fishes of the sea?

Take the edge off heading into the New Year with a lavender lemonade mocktail. Yes, that’s right, a MOCKTAIL! We made this the other night and we were so relaxed, we passed out as soon as our heads hit the pillow. It’s a perfect mocktail to make when you want to chill out.
