Happy birthday to meeeeee! Ughgh another year older. Last year, Fatima made me a delicious Peanut Butter Cup Cake. Peanut butter cups are one of my favorite things. This year I wanted to make something similar. These delicious peanut butter cup cupcakes are simple and easy to make.
Take your favorite cupcake flavor (I went with chocolate), a plain ol’vanilla frosting can, and add in your favorite treats. I loaded these with chunky peanut butter cups. The peanut butter flavor oozed right into the frosting, giving each bite a mouthful of chocolate and peanut butter. These were freakin’ delicious, and I might have had three too many…!
