The first time I ever had a cake cookie was when Fatima and Eileen whipped up a batch a while back. Since then, I think we only made them once or twice. Fatima made a cake for one of her coworkers a few weeks ago, and in deciding which flavor cake to buy, she bought both vanilla and chocolate. Last weekend, We found the unused box of vanilla cake mix, and decided to make some cake cookies.
This time, I whipped up some frosting and made sandwiches. Hello fattening calories – but hey, they were delicious. Enjoy!
