When you wake up in the morning feeling like P-Diddy and a little hangry, you’ll want boxed, instant pancakes. But when you wake up on a lazy Sunday or hosting a brunch, you’ll want to make these fluffy pancakes.

We found this recipe in a Food Network magazine and decided to have breakfast for dinner. Topped with chocolate chips and strawberries, we dug into these exceptionally fluffy pancakes.

While Fatima was prepping the batter, the apartment smelled like sugar cookies, seriously! We made these again for Mother’s Day, and the delightful smell of sugar cookies filled the kitchen. Everyone loved them.
