This past summer’s Food Network magazine was on point. Not only did we find the blueberry basil iced tea, but we found this everything snap peas recipe. One may ask, what is the “everything” in everything snap peas? It’s everything seasoning like what you’d find on an everything bagel! Trader Joes has an “everything but the bagel” seasoning and it’s fantastic!
Snap and sugar snap peas are frequent sides at our dinners. They are easy greens to throw on your dish and broad enough that everyone will be pleased with the vegetable choice. We frequently sautee our peas in olive oil and lime juice. However once cooked, they still maintain a nice crunch. This recipe is a perfect way to mix up the flavors and try something new.
Everything Snap Peas
While these ‘everything peas’ make a great side, they also work as an appetizer or snack. They’re so dressed up and flavorful, they deserve a whole plate to themselves.
