I heard that when you go on a juice cleanse or “juicing” you’re supposed to have 2 veggies for every fruit or 3 veggies for every fruit – something like that. This one is just the opposite. Your only vegetable is the spinach. However, it’s delicious.
I felt great from the first sip. I had lots of energy throughout the day, and was able to drink this rather quickly. Too many green smoothies have taken me over an hour to try to sip down – nasty. But this one was great!
