Strawberry Lemonade Rosé Popsicles

1 Mins read

Our boozy popsicles were a lot of fun to make. We whipped up these strawberry lemonade rosé popsicles after seeing some leftover rosé in the fridge. For more boozy popsicles, check out this post!

Heads up! You’ll want to make these the day before. The popsicles should sit in the fridge for about 12 hours to set. In need of a popsicle maker? Here’s the one we have!

Serves: 8-10 popsicles
Prep Time: 15 minutes Cooking Time: 12 hours Total Time: 13 hours

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups strawberry lemonade
  • 2 cups rosé
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 tbsp simple syrup: 1 part water, 1 part sugar
  • 2oz Tequila
  • Sliced strawberries

Instructions

1

Soak popsicle sticks in warm water for about 30 minutes. This will help them from floating out of the popsicle mold.

2

To make the simple syrup, add 1/2 cup water and 1/2 cup sugar to a pot and bring to a boil. Stir occasionally to dissolve the sugar and remove from heat. Set aside.

3

Combine all ingredients in a bowl, except for the sliced strawberries, and stir together.

4

Drop a few sliced strawberries into each popsicle mold. Pour mixture into the popsicle mold, cover, and place in the freezer for about 12 hours.

5

Remove them from the freezer to eat, otherwise keep them frozen!
