Description

A s’mores treat without the campfire.


Ingredients

Units Scale
  • 15 whole graham crackers (~1.5 packages)
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 stick butter, melted
  • 1 box brownie mix (including ingredients needed to make it)
  • 10oz package of mini marshmallows
  • 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
  2. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  3. Break up graham crackers and add to a food processor. Crush until fine.
  4. Add in sugar and cinnamon. Pulse.
  5. Pour into a small bowl and add in butter. Stir until the mixture is evenly wet.
  6. Push the graham cracker mixture into an even layer in the pan.
  7. Prepare brownie mix per box’s directions.
  8. Pour the batter over the graham cracker layer. Delicately spread the batter or tilt the pan to even it out.
  9. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until a knife comes out clean.
  10. Remove the brownies from the oven, turn the oven on broil, and immediately top the brownies with marshmallows and chocolate chips.
  11. Place the pan back in the oven for a few minutes until the marshmallows are golden brown.
  12. Remove from the oven and let sit for a few minutes to cool before cutting and serving.
