A s’mores treat without the campfire.

- 15 whole graham crackers (~1.5 packages)
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1 stick butter, melted
- 1 box brownie mix (including ingredients needed to make it)
- 10oz package of mini marshmallows
- 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Break up graham crackers and add to a food processor. Crush until fine.
- Add in sugar and cinnamon. Pulse.
- Pour into a small bowl and add in butter. Stir until the mixture is evenly wet.
- Push the graham cracker mixture into an even layer in the pan.
- Prepare brownie mix per box’s directions.
- Pour the batter over the graham cracker layer. Delicately spread the batter or tilt the pan to even it out.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes or until a knife comes out clean.
- Remove the brownies from the oven, turn the oven on broil, and immediately top the brownies with marshmallows and chocolate chips.
- Place the pan back in the oven for a few minutes until the marshmallows are golden brown.
- Remove from the oven and let sit for a few minutes to cool before cutting and serving.
