This delicious dip is great for any occasion, and makes a great presentation!
Ingredients:
- 1 small box of frozen chopped spinach (defrosted and dried)
- Pico de Gallo (or diced tomatoes and onions – also dried)
- 16 oz of sour cream
- 1 packet of powdered Hidden Valley Ranch seasoning
Basically place all the ingredients in a bowl and mix thoroughly.
We cut out a large rounded baguette and used it as the bowl for our presentation. Use the cut out bread for dipping, and once the dip is gone, eat the bread bowl!
