Popeye’s Spinach Dip

Ingredients

Units Scale
  • 1 small box of frozen chopped spinach (defrosted and dried)
  • Pico de Gallo (or diced tomatoes and onions – also dried)
  • 16 oz of sour cream
  • 1 packet of powdered Hidden Valley Ranch seasoning
  • Large round bread, cut out the middle

Instructions

  1. Place all the ingredients (sans bread) in a bowl and mix thoroughly.
  2. We cut out a large rounded baguette and used it as the bowl for our presentation. Use the cut out bread for dipping.
  3. Once the dip is gone, eat the bread bowl!
