Passion Fruit Margaritas

1 Mins read

Add 2 shots of passion – passion fruit that is – to your MarquisRita this Valentine’s Day. Β A delicious new flavor, these passion fruit margaritas, although not red, are a delicious flavor to pair with your Valentine’s Day Festivities.

At our favorite margarita serving restaurant – Blockheads (RIP!) – we mixed together the Passion Fruit and Strawberry syrups to come up with a delicious new flavor, Strassin Fruit. Β Although we did not do it this time, I think you should add in strawberries if you want a red hue for V-Day.

After a few tries of experimenting, I think I came up with a good recipe. Β I like my drinks strong and with a β€œkick” of tequila. Β Fatima approved, so you know it’s good. Β In case you do not like the taste of tequila – you shouldn’t be drinking a margarita in the first place – add in a few more shots of passion fruit juice. Β I measured everything by the shot glass. Β So grab your favorite one and lets start mixing!
