Mango Margaritas

This one-off of humid air (in the NYC area) this week, has me reminiscing about the summer.  Screw Thirsty Thursday, how about some WILD WEDNESDAYS!  We’re making Mango Margaritas!

Very easy to make, and as long as you follow directions from my famous MarquisRitas (Mar-Key-Reetas), you’ll love the outcome.

Mango Margaritas


  1. Peel and cube mangos
  2. Liquify mangos and strain the juice to separate out the pulp, set aside
  3. Fill 3/4 of a blender up with ice
  4. Add 3/4 cup tequila
  5. Add 3/4 cup triple sec
  6. Add 1/2 can (6oz) of frozen lemonade concentrate
  7. Pour in mango juice
  8. Blend until all of the ice is crushed
  9. Enjoy some tasty margaritas!
