At this point you’re probably sick and tired of my obsessions with M&Ms, cookie dough, Cookie Monster, frosting, and cookies in general. But how cute are these Cookie Monster Cupcakes!? If you made these for your kid’s birthday party, your little guests will be bouncing off the wall. So make sure you serve these right before they all go home, haha.
These are simple to make. Just add some edible cookie dough and crushed up Oreos (or next best substitute) to your cake batter and bake as directed. After we frosted the cupcakes, we threw on some dark chocolate M&Ms (my new favorite obsession) on buttercream frosting. A treat Cookie Monster would eat if he ran out of cookies.
