Adding avocado to pretty much anything makes it better. Salad, sandwiches, wraps, appetizers. But I’m a sucker for guacamole. A bowl of some really good, creamy guacamole and some chips could last me all day. So we made a chicken guacamole sandwich and it was delicious.
We took our Chicken Bacon Ranch Sandwich that we made last week, and added guacamole. It was so hot out, we wanted something cold, but savory. Next time, we’ll toast the bread and make a panini-like sandwich.
