- 1 tbsp Basil-thyme simple syrup
- 1 shot Lime juice
- 1 1/2 cups puréed watermelon
- 1/2 shot Triple sec
- 1 shot Tequila
- Sliced limes are optional (serve no purpose other than for the photos)
Instructions
- Soak popsicle sticks in warm water for about 30 minutes. This will help them from floating out of the popsicle mold.
- Combine all ingredients in a bowl, except for the limes (if using), and stir together.
- Pour mixture into the popsicle mold, cover, and place in the freezer for about 12 hours.
- Remove them from the freezer to eat, otherwise keep them frozen!
