Heat up your chocolate on medium to low heat, add a dash of vegetable oil.
Keep stirring until chocolate is completely melted.
Add sugar to taste. Baker’s chocolate can be very bitter. Add sugar to your liking. I don’t want to put an exact amount here because I don’t know myself. I kept adding it in, stirring, tasting, repeating.
Move to a small, deep bowl.
Place a sheet of wax paper over your cookie sheet.
Take the pretzels and dip them into the chocolate.
Use a fork to take them out and let the extra chocolate drop off.
