Description

Adult popsicles for those hot summer days.


Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups strawberry lemonade
  • 2 cups rosé
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 tbsp simple syrup: 1 part water, 1 part sugar
  • 2oz Tequila
  • Sliced strawberries

Instructions

  1. Soak popsicle sticks in warm water for about 30 minutes. This will help them from floating out of the popsicle mold.
  2. To make the simple syrup, add 1/2 cup water and 1/2 cup sugar to a pot and bring to a boil. Stir occasionally to dissolve the sugar and remove from heat. Set aside.
  3. Combine all ingredients in a bowl, except for the sliced strawberries, and stir together.
  4. Drop a few sliced strawberries into each popsicle mold. Pour mixture into the popsicle mold, cover, and place in the freezer for about 12 hours.
  5. Remove them from the freezer to eat, otherwise keep them frozen!
