Description

A delicious start to the day for toddlers (and adults).

Ingredients

Units
  • 1 3/4 cups rolled oats
  • 1/4 raw, unsalted sunflower seeds
  • 1/4 cup finely chopped pecans
  • 1/4 cup chopped pitted prunes
  • 1/4 cup dried cherries
  • Pinch of salt
FOR SERVING
  • 1/2 cup muesli (dry mix)
  • 1/4 cup plain greek yogurt
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1/2 tsp honey or maple syrup

Instructions

  1. In a medium bowl, combine oats, sunflower seeds, pecans, prunes, cherries, and salt.
  2. The night before, stir together 1/2 cup of the dry mix with a 1/4 cup plain greek yogurt and a 1/4 cup of milk.
  3. Cover and store in the refrigerator overnight. Store the remaining dry mixture in an air-tight container.
  4. Drizzle a little honey or syrup and serve.

Notes

The dry mix to whole milk/greek yogurt is 2-1-1. So make this as small as you need. We usually cut this in half since our son gets full quickly.
