Description

When you have a day of eating dirty, whip up one of these smoothies and start to feel healthy again.


Ingredients

Units Scale
  • 1 banana, peeled
  • 1 cup mango, skin removed and cut into 1/2 inch cubes
  • 2 cups kale
  • 1 greek yogurt
  • 1 cup orange juice (sometimes a splash more if too thick)
  • 1 tbsp agave or honey

Instructions

  1. Add ingredients into a blender and churn until smooth.
  2. Drink immediately or place in the fridge to chill.
