A twist on a classic cocktail.

- 1 tbsp Mint simple syrup: 1/2 cup water, 1/2 cup sugar, 10 mint leaves
- 1 1/2 cups Lemonade
- 2 shots Huckleberry vodka
- Mixed berries (optional)
Instructions
- Soak popsicle sticks in warm water for about 30 minutes. This will help them from floating out of the popsicle mold.
- For the simple syrup, add water, sugar, and mint leaves to a small pot and bring to a boil. Stir occasionally until the sugar dissolves. Remove from heat and set aside.
- Combine all ingredients in a bowl, except for the berries (if using), and stir together.
- Drop a few berries in each mold. Pour mixture into the popsicle molds, cover, and place in the freezer for about 12 hours.
- Remove them from the freezer to eat, otherwise keep them frozen!
