Honey Nut Cheeri-Oatmeal Peanut Butter Protein Shake

Have the Olympics gotten you in the spirit to get back in the gym?  Possibly train as hard as an Olympian?  Go for the gold?  How about the winter Olympics?

Regardless if you have been in the gym or are just starting to get back to a regular scheduled workout routine, here’s a refreshing protein shake for the peanut butter lover (taken from Abs Diet).


  • 1 tsp of flaxseed
  • 1 tbsp of peanut butter (more natural the better)
  • 3 ice cubes
  • 1/4 cup of milk
  • 1/4 cup of nuked oatmeal
  • 1 tsp of honey
  • whey protein powder (optional)


  1. Add all ingredients into a blender (except whey powder) and blend to a shake consistency.
  2. Add in the appropriate amount of whey protein powder (optional) as directed by your box, and blend for 30 seconds.
  3. Enjoy!
