Ingredients

    • 1.5 cup water
    • 2 eggs
    • 1/2 cup safflower oil
    • 3 tbps natural peanut butter
    • 2 tsp vanilla
    • 2 3/4 cup whole wheat flour
    • 1/4 cup white flour + more for rolling
    • 1/2 cup rolled oats
    • 1/2 cup crushed or food processed rolled oats

Instructions

    1. Preheat the oven to 400 degrees.
    2. Mix together water, eggs, safflower oil, peanut butter, and vanilla.
    3. Combine the flours and oats.
    4. Roll out dough to 1/2 inch thick, use flour as needed when rolling out. The dough will be slightly sticky so you can use the flour generously.
    5. Cut into dog-cookie shapes.
    6. Bake for 25 minutes.
    7. Turn off the oven and leave in for 20 more minutes.
