Ingredients

- 2 shots of tequila
- 1 shot lime juice
- 2 shots of grapefruit juice
- 1 tbsp agave in the raw
- 1 sprig rosemary + more for garnish
Broiled grapefruit slices for garnish:
- 1 tbsp brown sugar
- 1/2 tbsp white sugar
- grapefruit slices
Instructions
To broil grapefruit:
- Turn your oven on broil. Mix brown and white sugars. Place grapefruit slice on a foil-lined cookie sheet. Generously coat the slice of grapefruit with your sugar mixture. Place in the oven for about 8 minutes or until the sugars have caramelized. Remove from the oven and let sit.
For the Margaritas:
- Fill a shaker with ice.
- Muddle the rosemary and agave.
- Add muddled mixture to the shaker.
- Add grapefruit juice, tequila, and lime juice and shake until the outside is frosted.
- Pour into an ice-filled glass.
- Garnish with broiled grapefruit slice and a sprig of rosemary.
