French Vanilla Chewy Double Chocolate Chip Cookies

Oh my gosh. I can’t. I will never be able to eat another thing ever again. I’ve eaten too many of these delicious French vanilla chewy double chocolate chip cookies! These must be on your plate for Christmas; it’ll be the easiest way to get on Santa’s nice list.

I made these earlier this week for a family dinner with my brother-in-law. They were a hit. I may have consumed a lot of cookie dough in the process of making these cookies.

But seriously, these cookies were absolutely delicious. A chocoholic’s dream. They were full of all the chocolate. Chocolate, on top of chocolate, on top of chocolate, with a hint of buttery French vanilla coffee, and more chocolate.

While these were delicious right out of the oven, they were just as amazing after they cooled off. The moist, fudgey inside melted in my mouth. I went back for seconds, thirds, fifths…well we only got about 18 jumbo cookies, so I had to stop myself. Originally intended for my coworkers, about a quarter of them found my tummy more inviting.
