- 2 shots tequila
- 1 shot triple sec
- 1 shot lime juice
- 2 shots pomegranate juice
- 3 mint leaves + more for garnish
- Pomegranate arils
- Cinnamon-sugar for rimming the glasses
- Lime wedge
Instructions
- Using a lime wedge, wet the rim of the glasses and dust with cinnamon sugar. Fill with ice.
- Add a tablespoon of pomegranate arils and mint leaves to a cocktail shaker and muddle.
- Pour in tequila, triple sec, lime juice, pomegranate juice and top with ice.
- Shake until the outside of the cocktail shaker is frosted.
- Strain into ice-filled glasses and garnish with more arils and mint leaves.
