Ingredients

- 3 cups rice Chex cereal
- 3 cups honey Chex cereal
- 1/4 c. butter, melted
- 1/4 c. brown sugar
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 1.5 tsp. vanilla extract
- Pinch kosher salt
- 1 cup Golden Grahams cereal
- 1 1/4 cup Marshmallows
- 3/4 cup milk chocolate chips
Instructions

- Pre-heat oven to 325 degrees.
- Place Chex cereal in a large bowl.
- Melt butter in the microwave.
- As the butter is melting. Combine brown sugar and cinnamon.
- Add vanilla into the butter and pour over the Chex cereal. Stir until evenly coated.
- Gradually add the brown sugar mixture over the cereal and gently stir until evenly coated.
- Place coated Chex mix on two cookie sheets and place in the oven for about 10-15 minutes. It only needs about 20 minutes tops.
- About halfway through baking, flip and move around the Chex.
- Remove from the oven and let sit on the cookie sheet for 5-10 minutes.
- Place cooked Chex in a large bowl.
- Add Golden Grahams, Marshmallows, milk chocolate chips and mix together.
- Eat it all up or store in an air tight container.
