Nutella is food’s soul mate. Besides meat, I can’t think of another food item that Nutella wouldn’t be good with. Whether you’re looking for a picnic dessert, late night snack, or breakfast substitute, these Nutella strawberries will hit the spot.
Unlike Brian, I grew up on Nutella. Fruit, pretzels, other snacks, but mostly on bread – what a treat! I don’t care for hazelnut coffee, but I love me some Nutella. Spread over a crisp piece of toast, one bite reminds me of biting into a Ferrero Rocher. These Nutella Strawberries were really easy to make and tasted so good!
Nutella Strawberries
Ingredients
- 1 Jar of Nutella
- Package of Strawberries
Instructions
Using a knife, slice off the tops and a tiny piece off the bottoms of the strawberries.
With a paring knife, carve out some space inside the strawberries. Be careful not to carve out too much strawberry and avoid making the walls too thin.
With a butter knife, scoop Nutella into a strawberry and place standing up on a tray or inside of an egg carton.
Once filled, place strawberries in the fridge until consumption. Best to leave them in for about an hour to firm them up.
